Josh Tuchscherer, a Minnesota personal injury and wrongful death lawyer, has a practice focused on medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and asbestos and mesothelioma litigation. Josh is a partner at Sieben Polk Law Firm, one of Minnesota's leading personal injury law firms.
Josh has represented many individuals and families that have suffered injury or death caused by medical malpractice, car accidents, defective products, personal injury, and exposure to asbestos or as a result of mesothelioma. Josh has handled cases against hospitals and clinics, doctors, nurses, medical device manufacturers, corporations, insurance companies, at-fault drivers and many others. His trial experience has resulted in great success for his clients.
Josh graduated from St. Olaf College and Hamline University School of Law. He is licensed in Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, and has practiced in Wisconsin and Iowa by working with co-counsel in those jurisdictions.
Josh’s accomplishments have lead to his being honored as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics (2001-2011). Only 2% of Minnesota lawyers are honored with this distinction. He was also honored by Minnesota Lawyer as one of fifteen “2006 Up & Coming Attorneys.” Josh is a member of the American Association for Justice, Minnesota Association for Justice, where he serves on the Board of Governors, Minnesota Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, Dakota County Bar Association, and the Douglas K. Amdahl Inn of Court.
Josh lives with his wife and two sons in Lakeville, Minnesota.
