Mr. Hertogs obtained his Juris Doctor Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1986, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1981. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and before the Federal Courts of Minnesota.
In addition, Mr. Hertogs was previously a professional pilot and has an airline transport pilot’s license and is a Certified Flight Instructor for Visual Flight Rules as well as instrument and multi-engine training.
