Minnesota personal injury lawyer, Bernie M. Dusich has been a trial lawyer since 1980 and a member of the firm since 1988 and has limited his practice to representing victims in various personal injury cases involving car accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, asbestos exposure, premises liability and wrongful death. He served as President of the Sieben Polk Law Firm from 2002-2009, as a past chair of the No-Fault Committee of the Minnesota Association of Justice and has been co-chair of the Legislative Committee and served on the Board of Governors for ten years.

Mr. Dusich has obtained several settlements on behalf of asbestos victims and their families in excess of a million dollars and has obtained substantial settlements on behalf of victims of medical negligence. He has obtained significant recoveries on behalf of victims of motor vehicle rollovers and has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist nationally and in the State of Minnesota since 1994, an achievement shared by less than 2% of all Minnesota attorneys for demonstrated Court room experience. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is currently serving as President of the Minnesota Chapter for 2017, a member of International Society of Barristers, and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, all of which are based on peer recognition. He has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" since 2006 which is also based on peer recognition. He has obtained an AV attorney ranking in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking available from that publication and has lectured at seminars sponsored by the Minnesota Association for Justice, formerly Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. He routinely serves as a case evaluator for other attorneys with the Minnesota Association for Justice Case Evaluation Service and is a certified neutral arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Dusich is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the Minnesota State Court system. He is a lifelong Minnesotan and lives with his wife, Kari, in Apple Valley, Minnesota.
