What to Expect During Your Consultation

When clients meet with me for the first time, they can expect a number of things. Number one, I’ll be on time, I’ll be physically present, you won’t be meeting with my assistant or with another lawyer. Also, that first consultation is always low-key. There’s no obligation, it’s a free consultation, if you choose not to hire our law firm there’s no charge, so it’s always free and easy to meet with us. Secondly, when you sit down and meet with me, I’ll ask you a little background for a little bit of background on you, your work history, your educational background, then we get into the nitty-gritty of your case. What happened? Tell me about the car crash, tell me about your injuries, tell me how these injuries have impacted your life. Is there a loss of sleep? Is there pain on a daily basis? Tell me how it’s impacting your marriage, it’s impacting your job, your interaction with your kids or your grandkids. I want to hear it all. You can expect that I’ll be patient, that we’ll take our time and we’ll take detailed notes, I will, about your case. That’s the stuff that a case is made out of, you can expect that from us.
